Public & Press Relations

You have lots of good news but have not told anyone. I can take the news items, such as account wins, new products or services and awards etc and put these into a press release format for you. We can target publications in business, consumer or local publications and build your reputation.

Also, there might be opportunities for advertorials and features in publications which you have not capitalised on. Having created many articles in the past I can co-ordinate the information, write the article and liaise with the publication for you.

I have organised events and corporate days before, so you might want to use my services to co-ordinate a project like this for you. Or even write and create newsletters for customers or staff.

Who for?

Recently, I organised the official opening of Tamara D, brasserie and grill in Letchworth. This included creating design briefs and copy, the invitation cards, writing the press releases and organising the press to co-ordinating a promotional campaign on Chiltern Radio. JGC organised the celebrity Tina Baker to attend, set up a photocall and invented fun style photo opportunities, one of these was used on the front page of the local regional newspaper, the same week. Press coverage was achieved in all local business and regional newspapers, plus a radio interview with Tina on the launch day.

For 100% Green pet products, JGC organised a photoshoot with Geoff Capes. A supporting press release was sent to a variety of pet magazines to raise the profile of the 100% green products. In addition, I organised competitions and negotiated features to support the campaign and wrote a special article on Geoff Capes’ view of cage litter for budgerigars.

For a London Public Relations company I worked with MD Foods, Schwartz Spices and Budgen for launches, radio campaigns and general PR activities. After that I was Public Relations Manager for Budget Rent a Car International, so I managed all the press relations, event management and public relations activities.
