Customer Audits
As an independent consultant, I can talk to the decision makers
in companies that you work for and investigate areas for development
and opportunities on the horizion. I can also find out if they
have any issues. Being independent means that your clients are
more likely to be open and tell me if there is anything that causes
them concern and you can rectify these before they become a problem
to you. Most important is that you can develop any opportunities
identified by me to gain more business and grow your clients.
Who for?
As Account Director I have managed and developed many accounts
from Avon to Tigerprint (part of Hallmark) and Wickes. In this
position I employed a freelance consultant to independently audit
our customers too, which worked to the companies advantage.
For JGC, I regularly undertake telemarketing for clients; this enables them to establish what their customers actually think of my clients service, whether they require any new services or anything they would like to see improved.
